Production Director
– Locations: Canada, USA, Germany, United Kingdom, South Africa, Dubai, and Switzerland.
We are seeking for a strategic Leader to come in and oversee the performance of the production function, and to ensure smooth and effective production systems and processes in order to support business objectives in terms of profitability and performance.

Main Tasks…
- Leading and driving the strategic direction of the production department.
- Identifying and executing strategies and plans to improve production efficiency.
- Managing and developing production personnel in conjunction with the Production Team Leaders.
- Setting production targets and objectives that support the wider organizational objectives.
- Preparing management reporting for production KPI’s and objectives.
- Ensuring departmental budgets are maximized and not exceeded.
- Ensure the production plan and schedules are effective against customer requirements and demands.
- Providing effective leadership and coaching of the production team whilst ensuring any necessary training needs, development and appraisals are complete and assessed.
Requirements…
- Must have previous experience in a Senior Management role such as Production Director / Senior Production Manager / Senior Manufacturing Manager / Operations Director type positions, ideally within an SME manufacturing.
- Strong leadership ability.
- Previous experience of implementing Lean processes and systems.
- Experience in managing culture change.
- Experience within a digital media environment will be advantageous but not essential.
- Strong analytical and decision-making skills.
